Where are you based?
We operate online and ship worldwide. Our physical store is in Palakkad, Kerala, and we have a production unit in Vijayapura, Karnataka.

We offer sizes XXS to 4XL and custom sizing based on measurements.
How can I place an order?

Yes! We offer:

Shipping & Payments
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we do! Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
How long does shipping take?

- Standard orders: 5-7 working days
- Hand-worked/customized blouses: 7-10 working days

- International: 7-10 days
Express shipping is available. Contact us before ordering for urgent deliveries.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, UPI, and bank transfers.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
- Returns/exchanges are accepted for size issues.
- Customized and handworked blouses are non-returnable.
- International orders and sale items are not eligible for return.
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.
What is the pickup process for returns or exchanges?
- Pickup will be arranged within 2-3 days after we receive the request.
- Customers must cover both the pickup and reshipment charges since the first order was already shipped for free.
